Creative, Calming and passionate about nail art, Sophie brings a relaxed, friendly vibe to every appointment. A talented technician with a keen eye for detail. Whether you are looking for a flawless manicure or a little time to unwind, you’re in great hands.
Kelsie
Achieving her Level 3 qualification in Beauty and Spa Therapies, Kelsie has a natural talent for hands-on treatments with a calm, friendly approach. Whether it’s a revitalising facial, or indulgent pamper package, Kelsie’s attention to detail and caring touch make her a much-loved part of the team.
Sophie J
Having completed Level 3 Spa Therapies to build further on her qualifications. Sophie has a passion for beauty, loves creating the perfect brows and nail art designs to add a unique touch to your mani. Her goal is to build a client base and learn more about the beauty industry.

Owner of Mirror Mirror since May 2024. Viv has nearly 30 years experience in the beauty industry, based in salons and spas across the Midlands. Loves welcoming and advising clients. Constantly looking to achieve a better service and expand on treatment offerings.
